Brief
Fenwick was once seen as the pinnacle of retail, but the existing concept became less attractive to consumers. Something new was required to draw people to the store from across the region. Blurring of thresholds, the food hall retail and the clothing retail, needed to have an integrating, seem-less customer journey. Tasked with creating a series of relevant and cohesive food offers to bring Fenwick’s Food Hall back as a food and retail destination.

Taking influences from the location, the customer profiles a grand food hall needed to be created that had a contemporary relevance with a bold visual identity with clean, modern marque that complimented the overarching Fenwick brand.

The Store Experience
The solution incorporated three new restaurant concepts, an artisan patisserie, specialist chocolatier, butchers and fishmonger, the Food Hall now stands as a stylish new-look store, offering the very best in regional and international produce.
